Q1: Who does the laundry in your home?
High Band My entire family helps with doing the laundry at home. We will take turns to wash, dry, iron, and fold the clothes. My parents have taught and disciplined me since I was young to help with house chores as they can get very busy at work.
Q2: Do you enjoy doing the laundry?
High Band Honestly, I do not fancy doing the laundry as I find it boring and tiring. Nevertheless, I choose to be a responsible daughter and lighten the load of my busy parents by doing the laundry whenever I can. I am more than happy to help my parents in any way possible.
Q3: How often do you do the laundry?
High Band I do the laundry every few days or so. There are four people in my household, so the dirty laundry can pile up very quickly. Furthermore, we like to keep our house clean, neat, and tidy. So, we do not leave the dirty clothes lying around. Instead, we wash, fold and store them as soon as we can.
Q4: Do you use any laundry appliances?
High Band I use a washing machine and a clothes dryer to make the job simpler. The tiring and time-consuming part is folding and ironing the clothes after they have been washed. Hence, my mum purchased an expensive and high-tech iron so that the job can be done quickly and smoothly.
