Q1: What skills have you been learning recently?
High Band I have been learning how to play the piano recently. While I am not musically talented or inclined, I really enjoy listening to music as it helps me relax and unwind. So, I decided to pick up a new musical instrument and learn the ropes from a professional piano teacher.
Q2: Are you proud of any of your skills?
High Band I am proud of my cooking skills because I can formulate and create delicious dishes from just a few basic ingredients. Additionally, I know how to cook various types of foods, including Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Western, and Indian cuisines. Over the years of cooking, I have mastered different techniques and methods to create quite a few exquisite dishes.
Q3: What skills do you want to have?
High Band I wish to learn how to do public speaking effectively. Whenever I am asked to do a presentation in front of my class, I get extremely nervous and end up stuttering a lot. Hence, there is a lot of room for me to improve my public speaking to engage my audience better in future presentations.
Q4: What skill do you think is important in your work or studies?
High Band I think research skills are of utmost importance in my studies. I am in a science-based course, and often, my assignments require thorough and in-depth research in order to formulate answers that meet the requirements. With solid research skills, I’ll be able to locate and understand research papers, journals, and science-related articles.
