- Voice recordings: audio recorded during practice sessions (sent to OpenAI Whisper for transcription, not stored permanently)
- Usage data: practice history, scores, session duration
- Weekly goals and progress data
- How We Use Your Information
- To provide AI-powered speaking practice and feedback
- To track your learning progress over time
- To send account-related emails (OTP verification, password reset)
- To notify you when your daily practice quota is running low
- Third-Party Services
FluSpeak uses the following third-party services:
- OpenAI API: for speech-to-text (Whisper) and AI feedback (GPT-4o-mini). Audio is processed in real time and not stored by us.
- Microsoft Azure: for sending transactional emails
- Data Storage
Your data is stored on a secure server located in Vietnam. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. - Data Retention
- Account data is retained as long as your account is active
- Voice recordings are deleted immediately after processing
- Practice history is retained to provide progress tracking

- Request deletion of your account and data
- Opt out of non-essential communications
