The “Cause-Effect” Chain
Đừng chỉ nêu vấn đề. Hãy giải thích hệ quả của nó: Ví dụ, kẹt xe dẫn đến trễ giờ làm, trễ giờ làm dẫn đến stress và giảm năng suất lao động.
Use “Governmental” Vocab
Khi nói về giải pháp, hãy dùng các cụm: **Implement policies, allocation of budget, strictly enforce, urban planning** để bài nói chuyên nghiệp hơn.
Focus on Vulnerable Groups
Nói về việc vấn đề ảnh hưởng đến ai nhiều nhất (trẻ em, người già, người lao động nghèo) để kéo dài thời gian và thể hiện tư duy đa chiều.
The “Sense of Urgency”
Dùng các từ như **Urgent, critical, pressing, top priority** để thể hiện tại sao vấn đề này lại “serious”.
