Complex structures: “Not only is it… but it also…”, “Had there been…”, “Present Perfect Continuous”.
Natural flow with transitions: “Regarding the atmosphere”, “What I find most appealing”, “In terms of potential enhancements”.

Use the “Comparison” Strategy
Hãy so sánh khu phố của bạn lúc mới đến và bây giờ. Điều này cho phép bạn sử dụng thì Quá khứ đơn và Hiện tại hoàn thành cùng lúc.
Describe “Neighbours” to Add Depth
Một khu phố không chỉ là gạch đá, mà còn là con người. Hãy dùng từ: **welcoming, sociable, supportive, respect privacy**.
Focus on “Proximity”
Khi nói về sự thuận tiện, hãy dùng cụm: **in close proximity to, a stone’s throw away from, ideally situated**.
Suggestions for Improvement
Hãy đưa ra đề xuất mang tính xây dựng: **pedestrianize (đi bộ hóa), planting more foliage (trồng thêm cây), installing street lights**.
