Topic: Can crime be completely eradicated from society?
The possibility of a world without crime is a subject of intense debate. While many hope that combined effort in1 the authorities and citizens could end illegal acts, I believe that completely eradicate crime2 is a highly idealistic goal that can never be reached.
On the one hand, proponents of a crime-free society argue that technology can prevent offenses. If governments invest for3 high-tech surveillance and AI, it will be easier to catch criminals. Furthermore, improving education helps reduce poverty, which is often considered the primary reason of4 criminal behavior.
On the other hand, history has shown that crime has always existed in every society. Even with strict laws, human nature such as greed or anger leads to illegal actions. Moreover, as technology develops, new types of cybercrime which is5 difficult to control continue to emerge.

Khi một cụm động từ làm chủ ngữ trong câu, ta phải sử dụng dạng V-ing (Gerund).
Preposition Collocation
“invest for” → “invest in”
Động từ “invest” luôn đi kèm với giới từ “in” khi nói về việc đầu tư vào một lĩnh vực nào đó.
Noun Collocation
“primary reason of” → “primary reason for”
Cấu trúc chuẩn là “Reason for something” (Lý do cho việc gì).
S-V Agreement in Relative Clause
“cybercrime which is” → “cybercrimes which are”
Ở đây đang nói đến nhiều “loại” (types) tội phạm mạng, nên dùng danh từ số nhiều và động từ “are” sẽ tự nhiên hơn.
